Engagement

Engagement is such an exciting time, so far. It is the planning/waiting period before the joining to two families, for life. I am so excited to know that someone chose me. Blake chose me, only me, to have as his for the rest of his life. Our waiter at the restaurant told us that he hopes it (our marraige) lasts a lifetime. I know it will. By the grace of God, we will endure all things. I am so excited to feel the security of the promise of a lifetime with one man, the man I believe the Lord has made just for me and me for him. Engagement is fun. I've alreading lost myself in planning, brainstorming, and seeing my dream day come to life. I can't even believe that I am really engaged!
